Wolverton Warriors moved to the top of the league, as they proved too strong for Park A, winning 10-0 in what was an easy victory. D Thody was POM for the Warriors for two good performances in both the singles and the doubles.

MKSC Hustlers are joint second as they inflicted the first defeat of the season on the Matchroom, wins for M Webb 61-27, D Rayner 66-43 and an excellent 61-35 win for A Gardener over T Greenough was enough to give them the match. T McGary with a break of 36 as he won his frame 66-9 was POM for Matchroom.

MKSC Specialists won their first match of the season, 8-2 against the Bad Boys. A Sillence was the only winner for Bad Boys beating G Ring 57-12.

No result was received from the Deserters game against BCC Spitfires.

Wolverton Warriors lead the division after they beat the reigning champions 8-2; J Anderson was Deserters only winner on a night when the Warriors ran out easy winners in the other frames.

MKSC Hustlers inflicted another 10-0 defeat on bottom placed BCC Spitfires who just can't come to terms with Premier A, after last season's promotion. The highlight of the night for the Hustlers was the form of A Gardner with breaks of 45 and 33 he completely dominated his frame winning it 90-0. (Is this a record-winning margin in the league)?

Specialist are third despite losing to the Matchroom 6-4, in a match that saw the first defeat for T McGary, beaten by G Ring who did it with the highest break so far in the league of 66.

Wolverton Bad Boys after three consecutive promotions, moving through the Divisions from the second appear to be struggling, without a win all season they lost 8-2 to Park A who are the next team above them. There is of course plenty of time to put things right, but it will be a struggle.
