| RBL were fortunate to come away with a 6-4 win, claiming the last frame due to the Specialists again being short of players.
Paul Johnson played well in an excellent 1st frame just coming out on top against Matt Fleckney, Colin Armstrong was to strong for John Thomas and levelled the match, the doubles also deservedly went to the Specialists to give them the lead. Roger Jones playing below his best managed somehow to take his frame against Ray Wellington who had looked unbeatable in the doubles. With Kevin Burness suffering from an injury to his hand and in some discomfort RBL claimed the last frame and the match 6-4. |
