Dave Cleaver opened up with a 17-0 lead before Lee Mitchell got into his rythm to record a break of 32. Dave Cleaver then reponded by reducing the deficit and finally taking the lead by making a 17 break which ended when he went in of the Blue, with only the Pink & Black left.
