The Bob Coats Memorial ~ Pool Tournament

	The Bob Coats Memorial Tournament date has been set for Saturday 7th March at the Scots Sports & Social Club, Selbourne Avenue, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 5BX Tel. 01908 368881 ~ Google Map Registrations will be taken at 10.30am with an expected start time of 11am. It's only £5 to enter! Bob died of cancer several years ago and this competition is in memory of a true gentleman of the green baize. In his playing career Bob won many pool, snooker and billiard competitions and is the only player to have won both the Buckinghamshire county pool and snooker titles. The competition is played to old epa rules and is open to amateur players only! Previous winners include Mark McGauley, Eric Frewin, Mat Newland, Dave Minister, Dean Bunce and the present holder Terry Davidson The turnout for this competition is usually high with an average of 40-50 players of all standards entering, many just for the day out to remember Bob or to play cards!!
