BCC Wellingtons were too strong for newcomers Cranfield SC the highlight for Cranfield was P Kenningham's 58-47 win against ex Premier player D Joyce, David and S Moyler gained their revenge in the doubles winning 50-23, A Rumsey won the last frame on the black to complete the match and an 8-2 win.

Misfits are second in the division as they won their second match 6-4 against SSCC B J Bandy winning the last frame of a match that could have gone either way.

Another newcomer to the league Jedi Knights achieved their first win in the second match, beating Park B 6-4. L Axon for Park B had squared the match at two frames all as he beat C Garlinge on the black in a very good frame. In the final frame S Wingrove for the Jedi held his nerve to win the match again on the black ball 41-30.

BCC Wellingtons retianed there position at the top despite losing 8-2 to lowly Herald Breakers, N Beckley being Wellingtons only winner.

Jedi Knights moved up to third place as they beat SSCC B 6-4 in a match that was fairly even throughout.

Cranfield Campus moved up the table after a shaky start, in their latest match they moved above the Misfits after beating them 8-2.

There was some high scoring matches in the league this week, Herald Breakers continuing their good run of late beat Park B 10-0, taking the first 3 frames easily and with POM M Cox recording the highest break in this division so far a 34. He then won his singles on the black beating L Axon 51-45.

Misfits pulled off the win of the night beating leaders BCC Wellingtons 8-2. M O'Callaghan & J Bandy taking the first 2 frames with ease, S Moyler & A Rumsey pulled a frame back winning the doubles, S Kirk took the third frame on the black for the Misfits before Mr Bean sealed a great win taking the last frame 55-12.
