New menu and theme

So I have finally got around to updating the menu system on the web site. Hope you like it and it covers all the various pages that were inaccessible.

To any new members this season - there is now likely a wealth of information that you have never seen. Please take the time to have a look around the menu, as this has been unavailable since early September.

As the new menu system is part of the site theme, the theme is no longer user changeable.

Thanks to Deano for re-adding the Submit menu on the left, and pointing me in the right direction to create the menu at the top.
